How It Works
- 22 live sessions of 50 minutes on Zoom. Three a week in month one to install, two a week in months two and three to apply and prove.
- The real work happens between sessions. Short modules and a focused field assignment after each session, applied in your actual business. Live time is never lecture. It is diagnosis and commitment.
- Delivered on the LeaderShipShape platform so you can learn on your schedule and we protect every live minute for what only a coach can do.
